Deborah L. Smith, 76, of Frackville, died Friday, April 11, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, Allentown.
Born in Shenandoah, March 7, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Esther (Wandzilak) Smith.
She was a retired Retail Sales Clerk at Dollar General, Ashland, and a social member of the Frackville American Legion and Buck Fever Rod & Gun club, Pottsville.
She was preceded in death by son David Beaver Flail in 2020.
Surviving are a daughter Renee Corby of Minersville, brother Nevin Smith of Schuylkill Haven; 2 grandchildren, Sean Flail and Alysha Corby, 1 great- grandchild Cayden Flail.
Memorial Service will be held at 7:30 PM Friday, April 18, 2025 from Nice-Hart Funeral Home, Inc., 9 North Lehigh Avenue, Frackville. Friends may call from 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM Friday at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ruth Steinert SPCA, 18 Wertz Drive, Pine Grove, PA 17963.
