Geraldine A. Upanavage, 77, of 313 Main Street, Gilberton, died Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Providence Place, Pottsville PA.
Born in Gilberton, July 30, 1941, She was a daughter of the late George and Mary (Andruscavage) Upanavage.
Geraldine retired as Pharmacist at the former Pottsville Hospital and Warne Clinic, Pottsville, PA.
She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Frackville, PA.
She was preceded in death by a sister Frances Upanavage, and a brother George Upanavage.
Surviving are a brother Dr. Gene Upanavage and his wife Gloria of Tamaqua and a sister Marian Basheda of Frackville.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday Sept. 24, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, St. Anne’s Church 49 North Line St. Frackville, PA 17931. The Rev. Brian M. Miller will be officiating. Burial will be private in St. Louis Cemetery, Butler Twp.
