JoAnn M. Beenick, 60, of 101 East Chestnut Street, Frackville, died peacefully at her home on Friday.
Born in Pottsville on October 2, 1954, JoAnn is the daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine (Brecker) Beenick. She was a graduate of Cardinal Brennan High School and a lifetime member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jason Adams.
JoAnn was a loving woman whose only focus in life was on her children and grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her son, George Taylor III of Wayne, NJ, two daughters, Tanya Tolomay of South Williamsport and Nicole Taylor of Frackville, two sisters Rose Grady of Girardville and Bernice Bernotas of Ringtown, a brother, Edward Beenick of Maryland; grandchildren Tyler, Emily, Madison, Colette, Zachary, Carson and Jacob; nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 14 North Nice Street Frackville. The Rev. Robert Finlan will be officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Englewood.

Joanne was a good person, she always looked forward to going places with her grandchildren and spoke highly of her children and how good they were to her. She will be missed by many, may she rest in peace.
