Phyllis A. Stabingas, 69, of Schuylkill Haven, passed Sunday, January 6, 2019 at her residence in Schuylkill Haven PA.
Born in Pottsville, November 19, 1949, she was the daughter of Eva (Larish) Sleva of Orwigsburg and the late John Sleva.
Phyllis was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven. She enjoyed reading, shopping with her friends, and spending time at Bethany Beach.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her beloved son, Todd, and husband, Robert Stabingas.
Surviving in addition to her mother are an Aunt, Kay Larish of Orwigsburg, 4 sisters-in-law: Sandra Gutowski, Marian Herb, Doris and Denise Stabingas, a brother-in-law, William Herb, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at noon Saturday, January 12, 2019 from St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, 201 Randel St. Schuylkill Haven 17972. The Rev. Msgr. Edward S. Zemanik will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church Memorial Fund. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
