Steve Patrick

Steve Patrick , 90, of 101 Lower Morea, Mahanoy City, died Friday at Schuylkill Medical Center – South Jackson St., Pottsville. Born in Frackville, December 12, 1922, He was a son of the late John and Anna (Krim) Patrick. He was a Miner at several area collieries, he also worked at the former Metropolitan Mirror Company, Frackville and retired from Allied Chemical Company, Mar Lin, Steve served in the Army during WWII and was a member of the DAV. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth (Jones) Patrick in 1995, daughter Carol Leach, 3 brothers John, Andrew, and Michael Patrick. 2 sisters Mary Patrick and Olga Blume. Surviving are daughter Ruth Patrick of Morea, son Stephen Patrick and his wife Karen of Shenandoah, a sister Anna Wagner of Layton, UT,4 Grandsons Stephen Patrick, Brian Patrick, William Griffiths and Robert Griffiths. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday from Nice- Hart Funeral Home, Inc., 9 North Lehigh Ave. Frackville, PA 17931. The Very Rev. James Jadick will be officiating. Friends may call from 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.
