Victoria Caroline Irvin, 87, Mechanicsville, Md., formerly of Frackville, died Thursday at Hospice House of St. Mary's, Callaway, Md.
Born in Shenandoah, July 22, 1926, she was a daughter of the late William and Jedviga Rudlavage Yotko.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Frackville; American Legion Post No. 398 Ladies Auxiliary and Frackville Senior Citizens.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Irvin, in 1967; second husband, John Balsavage, in 1988; and son, Robert Irvin, in 1997.
Surviving are two daughters, Sharon Barrow and her husband, Kern, Wilmington, N.C., and Darlene Cucinotta and her husband, Ambrose, Mechanicsville, Md.; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday from First United Methodist Church, 25 S. Balliet St., Frackville. The Rev. Susan Ketterer will be officiating. Friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church Memorial Fund. Interment will be held in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Frackville.
